urgent help needed

Meet "TANK" - he's a sheppard, mastiff, pit mix, about 1 1/2 year old.
Tank was found tied to a tree in a local park, a little underweight and very scared.
We rehabilitated him and he is now ready for his forever home. Tank pulls just a bit on lead, he likes other dogs big and small, and is great with people!
He is now neutered, with all of his shots and microchipped.
We need help! can anyone foster him for our organization or foster with intent to adopt? or adopt him!!! He is currently in boarding at our vets in Jamaica and
