The day stephen fry saved my life...sorta

I had to take a quiz in Freshman Comp today on Edward Abbey's "Serpents in Paradise"
I was looking over it with a girl in my class, when suddenly i giggled. Giggled.
When questioned, i pointed to a teeny little footnote at the bottom of the page, stating where the story took place (Moab, Utah)
Kudos to Jessica, who actually waited a few moments, knowing i'd explain what got me so giggly.
I explained to her that somewhere in the world was an autobiography that i want by Stephen Fry, entitled MOAB is my Washpot.
So, we took the test. Professor G went over the answers. We had to say where (geographically) the story took place. I'd originally put "In the desert"...then later added "Moab, Utah" because it made me smile.
For those who put 'desert', they were partially correct, but Professor G wanted specifics.
One kid stated, "Moab? How the hell were we supposed to know that?"
And so many thanks to Stephen, even if i flunked anyway
Mwahah
