I got a job! Whoo!

So the other day, i emailed Mill Neck, asking if there was any opportunity for me to participate with them.

I got a call earlier from the director, who was sent my email through someone else. She repeated my 'credentials' that i'd stated in the email, then went all godfather on me.

"I have an offer you can't refuse."

Ends up, as i was offering to volunteer at the school, they were looking for someone to do the same thing.

I was so excited..it was like this had just fallen into my lap.

Then i was told one of the teachers at the camp was Jeanette!

The woman on the phone was really friendly and had a good sense of humor. She told me i'd be working with teaching the hearing-kids sign. Like, when they were having snack, teach them the sign of their snack. Same with arts and crafts.

There was an option to do an interview or just wing it, but i chose the interview anyway.

I'm bouncing in my seat here.

Between Suffolk at night, and this..i'm a big girl, huh? ^^

And i have a driver's lesson with Hal tomorrow.

On the even brighter side of life, me and erica are working back into eachothers lives. And that makes me a very happy person.
